Before your first visit

New patient? We would like to make you as comfortable as possible when you visit our office for the first time. Here are some good tips that will help your first visit a smooth experience. Please arrive at least 15 minutes before your appointment.

Find your way to us

Our office is located in the heart of Sopron, just about an hour’s drive from Vienna, Austria. A garage is located next to our building. Should you arrive by train, we are just a ten minute walk away from the train station.

Taking someone with you?

A lot of our patients choose to have someone with them during their first consultation. This is okay with us and we gladly explain every detail of your planned treatment to your partner, parents, or children who are there with you. This way it is easier for you to make an informed decision about a treatment with us.

Do you know what medication you take?

It is essential to have accurate information regarding your medication before a treatment plan can be made. Please make sure you know what medication you take and write a list that you can bring with you.

Is your email account working?

We mostly contact you per mail. Therefore, please make sure your account is working and you can receive new mail without any issues. Naturally, we only contact you regarding your treatment. You will never receive ads from us.
